THE DEAL

You shouldn't be paying your broker more than you would pay your attorney for reviewing your transaction, being available to answer questions and solving basic problems. That's why we've created the ROSEN 100% Commission Program. With the program, you simply pay for the service you use. No monthly fees, no junk fees, just basic service and supervision by a competent and accessible broker.
 

  •  You earn 100% of the commission from your real estate transaction for an annual fee of $300 (payable upon the close of your fist deal or November 1st.

  •  You pay a $118 transaction fee per deal.

  •  Your clients pay a $318 fee for document compliance review and warehousing in accordance with Ohio Revised Code.

  •  Your transaction documentation is submitted for review by scan & email, then reviewed BEFORE close of escrow to help ensure that mistakes are caught and fixed before the become a problem.

  •  Your commission payment is made by bank direct deposit to your account in a timely and efficient manner.
